Energy efficiency design and operating analysis of Chongqing CISDI Building

Presents the design concepts, design methods and several new synthesis technologies of the project, and analyses the actual energy consumption, indoor environmental quality and customer satisfaction. The optimal design of construction, air conditioning system and electrical system reduces the operating energy consumption of the building. The total energy consumption per unit area is 35.9 kg/(m²·a) of standard coal, significantly lower than that of the similar buildings, which can provide some references for office building design and operation in Chongqing area.
